My First Day

yay welcome to CD hopfully you will really enjoy this experience :D im on day 6 of sole source and doing fine! i really thought i would die from just eating 3 tiny little packs a day but its amazing what your body gets used to after a while! Anyways good luck and if you need any help there are loads of guys n girls here willing to lend an ear, or a shoulder :D

:) you just need to discover all the cool glittery things and tickers and stuff to keep you busy now like im gonna be doing haha

ive never ever ever worn a bikini in my life!!! you only havea 10lb difference to goal than me and cos i started nearly a week later we might go at the same pace ooooooooooohhhh and yeah i first got a bit of a spurt on day 3 i think maybe 4,,,, it might also be to do with the fact im stuck at work bored out of my brain!!!

I am on day 35 and have lost 27Lb and 17 inches off my body. stick to it and you will be looking fab in those bikinis!! xxxx

The weight loss reports do look so inspirational. I am already finding this forum a god send and I havent started yet. I have my meeting with the councillor tonight and plan on starting tomorrow. I so cant wait to be near to goal!

27lbs in 35 days! If I achieve anywhere near that I will be over the moon! :)

Good luck to all of you at the beginning of this diet. Stick with it, drink plenty of water and have plenty of distractions ready (bath, books, films, magazines etc) and enjoy the energy when it comes. My ironing has never been so up to date!

This diet is so worth it for the results you get...
