My first Lighter Life day

Hi everyone my first day went OK, tried making the shakes with lots of ice and the banana was delicious.
Im gonna do this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sorry to be a bit vague I've just got my hands full with my 14 month old full of chicken pox - poor thing!
