Well theres part of my first Slimming World shopping list :) I did it online with ASDA and I think its pretty cheap :) I mentioned on another of my posts I wanted to eat 'clean' but after extensive research on some of the items I wasnt planning to eat before I have found they are ok. I mean I do still not like having sweetners but I am trying to wean myself off the bad stuff so I will have to do it bit by bit. Some of the things on my list havent come up clearly. The mince, burgers and sausages are quorn. The milk is Lactose free because as I mentioned before I am trying to dramatically reduce my FODMAP foods. I was lucky enough to find gluten free Warbatons bread and rolls :) And also things like pizza bases etc for another day :D I do have a couple of naughty items on there such as baked beans (haricot beans are a no no when going Low Fodmap) and wheat crumpets. But I have decided on days where I do have something that breaks the rules I will only have a small portion. And I wont mix low fodmaps together. So for example I wouldnt ever have beans on wheat wholemeal toast. But I would have beans with gluten free bread. The main foods that I am avoiding like the plague though are gonnabe the hardest for me to give up. ONIONS and GARLIC :( these wreak havoc on someone like me unfortunately. But I have read that when making meals that are garlic flavoured you can infuse your oil before cooking. I am going to make a new thread once I have my meeting on Monday which specializes on low FODMAP food recipes. If anyone else out there suffers from chronic wind or IBS then take a look :)

grrr quorn burgers have onion in :(
