Yipee!!!!
After a good first week 12lbs I started to muck about in week 2 and it all went wrong. Couldn't make it to see my cdc due to having to go away for a bit and then week 3 i tried to behave myself and lived off chicken, salad and lo carb bars from boots.
Went to see cdc last night and not only have i kept the 12lbs off, i have lost another 2 making it a stone.
This is defo my encouragement to keep me going this week.
Oh and last night i got on another pair of trousers which i bought last year or even the year before which i have never been able to wear cause they were too tight
