Discover My first week and baffled!!

    So I've joined weight watchers today and I'm already bamboozled. After doing Sw for five years, I'm feeling a bit weird about this. Can anyone tell me if this is right:
    Missed brekkie as it was early weigh in (usually I always eat in am)
    Lunch: warburtons brown thin, quark spread and ham with cucumber. Apple and a banana.
    Dinner: hake fillet with green beans, broccoli and cous cous.
    Then will have two ww bars as treats tonight.
    I have started on simple start so no counting just yet.
