My first week on Slim and Save

...and I've lost 10lbs!!!

I've successfully done the Cambridge Diet (twice :-( ) before, both times losing 5-6st, but although I managed to keep the weight off for a while, both times I've slipped back into my old ways and put lots of weight back on.

I decided to try S&S as I'm a nurse so couldn't guarantee I'd be able to get to a CD counsellor each week, and I have to say I'm really impressed.

I'm doing the 4 packs a day, and so far have enjoyed almost all the packs I've had out of my sample box. The hot meals in particular are a revelation...actually being able to eat 'proper food' rather than just drinking chocolate shakes, which is what I lIved on with CD.

thats amazing! I popped on here for some inspiration to get back into S&S and hearing that really helps!
