my first week

Hi I started on lipotrim on Monday and had my first weigh in today 3 days early to try and get me through the weekend i lost 8lb which i think is fantastic in just 4 days the only problem being my mouth tastes awful. The chemist told me to use listerine strips but i cant seem to find them anywhere.

Does anybody know what else i can use as chewing gum is not allowed!!

gold spot spray, brushing teeth more often.
drink more water.
It is the citric acid you need to avoid with the chewing gum as it knocks you out of ketosis.
I think there are other breath strips, maybe wrigelys do them

You can get ketostix (pee sticks) which can tell you for sure.
But if you are not hungry, bad taste in the mouth, and losing weight, you probably are.

Well done Josephine, 8lb is fab!! I can't wait as I start Wednesday, I have worried about bad breath and my mouth tasting awful so I will wait to see what everyone suggests x.

Have to say that I haven't had that problem at all (unless nobody told me, LOL.
Drinking a lot helps with it, and as we have to have 4L on LL I think that helps prevent it.
I think it effects people in different ways.
