Stayed the same this week guys Not so great but at least i didn't put any on i guess...

Had two school dinners at the back end of the week during training days and i had ordered what i wanted before i started WW and i think thats what did it mostly... grrrr

Oh well! Back to it!!! Onwards and upwards!

Hi guys.. first weigh in over and i was so surprised to have lose 1pound Im delighted cos had such a bad first week.. after changing back from sw i just found it hard gettin my head around the points system again but onwards and downwards
