Wow!!!!! That gas to be the biggest female loss I've ever seen in one week!! Congratulations!! You must be over the moon!!!

i am really pleased, my start weight was 21 stone 7 lbs, which i am still amazed by as well.

Fantastic well done! I'm starting Friday I'm seeing my consultant thurs night to get started, I am very similar weight to you so seeing this has made me realise it's possible! What part of the diet you doing? Ss?
i am doing 4 shakes a day and attempting to drink 3 litres of water a day
First weight in! 11lbs lost!! Yeehay.
Huge well done. My weigh in is Tuesday. Feeling excited as I've not deviated at all..although I don't feel any different on day 4!

I did have to go out for a meal yesterday so I'm worried how that will affect my weigh in this week.
Well done, keep at it! One meal shouldn't make too much difference
Hopefully one meal won't have made too much difference. I had to have one last week but (unbelievably) managed to get straight back on it and it didn't make much difference. Good luck xxx
I lost 2lbs this week but thats still an average of 9lbs a week, now im back on it and sticking to it like crazy.

Huge congrats! Just think, thats 33lbs you'll never see again! Amazing loss in 4 weeks.
