Hi All
I am pleased as punch - I lost 8lb and 3 inches off my waist. In just short of a week I started on thursday. I only think I really went in to ketosis on Tuesday cos thats when my hunger and that hollow feelin went.
Mom lost 6 pounds and 2 inches from her waist but has had the evil constipation for 3 days, were off to get dulcalax pearls. Dad also lost 8lb
OH lost 7 pounds but didnt start til friday.
Were all happy bunnies XX

i'm off to scarborough next week for a short break, so no weigh in til 24th for me, hopefully another good drop!
I'm going to try my best and stick with ss whilst i'm away, but maybe one night I might just treat myself to a bit of chicken, shoudn't do much damage!
