It does get easier, but don't be lead into a false sense of security. It's still difficult at times, but I think you have the added determination of not wasting the harder work achieved in week one, if that makes sense. I'm starting week 10 and refuse to cave now, because no way am I wasting the last 9 weeks hard work and shear determination! The worst week is over now Hun! Onwards and downwards on the ol scales! Xx
