my first weigh in.

I am not really on a diet; i am just cutting back. Ive been on too many diets and they all have failed.
So i am going to eat a bit more Healthy; do a bit more exercise and stop nibbling.
So my first official weig in on the forum is.
22 stone 3 lbs.

I hope to use this thread to chart my highs and lows. Any ideas you may have etc.

P.S. I plan to be as honest as i can with my daily chart.
 
I'm the same way. No more diets, just changing my lifestyle.
 
well first day was awful.
At work i had to taste Truffles and we had lobster and garlic butter.
I did but some fruit and drank only water with a bit of lemon, most of the evening.
Lets see what tomorrow brings?
Just can't stop nibbling.
Porridge and Honey for breakfast with a banana.
 
Have you tried slimming world it's not a diet as such but a way of life I have eaten more since I have been on SW than ever before and do it work well I lost 3st 5lb in 20 weeks and am now at target and still follow the SW Way of cooking very little weighing of food just a few simple rules
 
My first way in was today and I was so happy I lost 2 and a half pounds wooooo! Looking forward to next weeks hope everyone else's weigh ins were amazing xx
