Calories are wrong then Woofy, atkins bars are about 150-ish?
100g lamb about 260-ish (and thats a very small amount of lamb)
Cheddar 25g (smaller than a matchbox) 100+ cals??
Thats already 500+ cals without anything else yr eating... nuts are fairly high cals too. x

Can't see how yrs is so low...

very low calories & low carbing could be making you feel so $hite!! If yr low calorie under 800 cals per day you need to be having 70g carbs per day. xx
 
Hi all, ive not been able to do mine today as ive only eaten 1 thing and have no idea what to make myself for dinner (marks on nights).

im not liking this fitness pal....

i had maybe 7 slices of cucumber today for lunch....i can choose 0.5 slices, 100g or a WHOLE cucumber! what???? lol

what does that mean!
 
i did eat 2 sausages for breakie
salt beef and cheese for lunch and
2 egg 2 bacon 2 sausage for tea
just no greens today due to dodgy tum last few days if you get my drift
 
Im not liking it much either. Its very set in its ways. I cant work out certain things on there. Thought it was just me having another dizzy moment
