My Food Diary by The Champion Grazer

I started Slimming World again last Thursday with the aim of losing a stone by Christmas..which may well have been a little ambitious but I'm going to at least do my very best. I thought that sharing my food diary might be an idea too, I've gained so many ideas from the posts of other people on here and I think the added pressure of people seeing what I am eating will kick my (larger than it should be) bum into gear. So here we go:



Day 5: Breakfast: 1 x Mulller Light Vanilla

2 x Bananas
1 x Apple
2 x Hifi Bars (rocky road)

Lunch: 1 x Sweet and Sour Mug Shot
Grilled Chicken
Salad

Dinner: 1 x Mug Shot (again!)
mushrooms, sweetcorn, spring onion, chilli and broccoli
