Hi all,
This is my food diary since Thursday. Does this look ok?
I am on the extra easy plan:
So far I have done reasonably well I think.
Friday I had
Breakfast
Branflakes
Muller light
Banana
Orange
Lunch
Jacket Potato
Cottage cheese
Salad
Muller light
Grapes
Tea
Jacket Potato
with creamy mushrooms and leeks (in quark)
Chicken
Coleslaw (with ELF Mayo and yogurt
Yesterday was hard
Breakfast
Quorn Sausage
Mushrooms
Eggs
Beans
Pineapple
Went to a friends for what I thought was drinks and a bbq.
Turned into a bit of a booze up and they all wanted takeway and there was no food in the house!
I had 3 gin and slimline tonics (bought it in a can to limit the ammount I drank as I know I binge and the calories I drink can be immense).
I ate:
Olives
Snack a jacks
Carrot sticks
Fresh Salsa
2 light babybels as my Healthy extra
Small box of veggie sushi
When they ordered curry I had a chicken tikka with a couple of spoons of boiled rice and as spoonful of someones madras sauce to make it a bit less dry!
So annoyed with myself for falling off the wagon a bit.
Today so far I have had:
Banana
Ryvita
Yogurt
For a very late breakfast.
Main Meal has been quorn chilli (with beans red lentils mushrooms tomato onion etc.)with a Jacket potato green salad with pepper and carrot.
Sugar Free Jelly and mullerlight. Pineapple
I have made tomorrow's lunch which is a chicken and cous cous salad with leaves and carrot and red pepper and a fat free dressing with balsamic vinegar.
Do these things look ok?
I really want a decent weightloss to motivate me!
