Today is extra easy as really fancied some beans

Dinner chicken breast with some sausage meat made from my joe sausages wrapped with bacon some veg a mix of mash either with carrot or sweet potato make some of the syn free gravy

Lunch oh yeah home made scotch eggs an salad with a blob of salad cream
