Thought I'd start one to see if anyone can help me out, and let me know if I'm doing anything wrong  
 
 
Sunday: Original
 
Lean bacon & poached eggs on 2 small slices wholemeal toast (HEB)
 
Pineapple, pear, cherries, strawberries, bananna and grapes, with a mandarin muller light YUMMMM
 
Chicken curry, home made, was basically just chicken breast and onions with curry powder (no rice)
 
Snacks
Pack of ryvita mini's (HEB)
Got really hungry before and made myself a little bit of quorn mince, had it curried was laaarvly
 
No syns for today, had a bit of a blowout on Friday... lots of vodka ha, so I'm not having any untill Tuesdays weigh in
