Monday morning again :)

I'm hoping to have a better week than last week. I have a huge chocolate craving today will have to have some Options hot chocolate to sort it out.

Damn that reminds me that I forgot to get some from Sainsbury's this week, blast! That yummy hot chocolate always kills off the chocolate cravings, and warms you up at the same time. So lovely think I will have to see if they've got it at the local shop, my OH makes it lovely for me, always tastes even nicer when someone else has made it for you!

I hope you got your chocolate fix. My chocolate fix went away so didn't have any today. Lets see what tomorrow is like. :)
 
I should of known that the chocolate monster was going to come today and he has. This morning I had 6 white chocolate coins (can't you tell it's the Christmas season). I've worked them out to be around 7.5 syns so it's not too bad.

I blame dh for giving me the Quality Streets. Back on track for Wednesday and I shall try to reduce my syns to around 5-7 Syns a day.

Yesterday was a pretty good day syns wise. :)

I dunno how the rest of the week is going to go though. Dh has already informed me that we're going out for something to eat on Saturday as it's our anniversary plus we are going to visit some family in Nottingham on Sunday so needless to say they will be cooking a lot of tasty, synful food which I won't be able to avoid to avoid eating.

I need to get back on the crosstrainer as I've been neglecting it lately. I want to do at least 30 minutes a day.

Weigh in today! Will update later with the figures.
 
So I weighed myself and I STS :( I was kinda expecting it after last week and this is * week. Hopefully this week will be better and I'll get more exercise in and keep the syns down.

I've just realised that you can have four Dairylea light triangles as 1 healthy extra a. I thought it was two previously?

Again I've been so busy/down/cold to even eat something or make something to eat. I am not happy at this because I've been snacking on sweets because of it :(

Well done on your loss, although it's probably down to you not eating much this week, so watch out that it doesn't catch up on you. Good luck with sticking to plan this week and hope you are feeling better.
