So here i am.. All 18st2lbs of me, its taken over 40 years to get this heavy and its taken over 40 years to finally admit i'm an emotional eater.
I'm the typical serial dieter ww to sw ,rc to hairy bikers ,paleo to atkins, cabbage soup to british heart foundation diet ,ive tried most, lost weight, lifes got in the way, i turn to food and eat and eat and eat....and even when i'm not hungry i still eat and eat and eat...
But today i'm grabbing my life by the horns and i'm changing.. Im reading Pauls book, ive watched the dvd and the cd is downloaded on my phone ready to be listened to.
I hate the way food rules my life, i sat and ate breakfast this morning but i stopped half way through , i'd not actually really tasted what I'd put in my mouth, it was just a few chews and swallow, ive been doing this unawear for years...
So here i am rearing to go.... No end weight target in mind , just want to have a healthy relationship with food and any weightloss will be a bonus
