:wave_cryon't worry i'm not going very far, just over to slimming world and the rate i've been going recently i'll prob be back in a few weeks.
I need to get my bum in gear with the weight loss melarchy and i can't get my willpower in gear to do ww, to much choice for me. So i'm hoping to do a little better on SW,
