Gonna start a food diary from today and try my best to stay on track!! :rolleyes: Have a look and see if there are any changes I could make or if you have some advice! :)
 
Breakfast: Toast, 2 poached eggs, baked beans, red sauce & cup of tea

Lunch: Bowl of soup (carrots, leeks, parsley, lentils & potatoes)

Dinner:

HE A's: Milk

HE B's: 60g Wholemeal bread &

Syns:
Red sauce - 1
