    DAY 1- monday 16th august

    back on it today for real this time... its time to shift this last bit of weight once and for all!!

    im doing going the best way around it so far.. its 6pm only had 1 shake and a quarter of litre of water.... :mad: whooops

    this is how before i used to cave cos i would get that hungry!! But not this time! Ill get this litre of water down me and have another shake!! xx

    Well today is nearly over with and already thinking how long will I last this time round!! I really need to take each day as it comes!! God it's so hard :-( I really haven't had enough water today either!

    Right Kerry it's just 11 days and I want a 7lb loss in that time!! I can do it!! Xx

    day 2- tuesday 17th august
    man today has been tough.... but I have managed to get to the gym also!! Fab abs killer butts, i hope I ache tomorrow lol

    still the day isnt over, i have temptations argh, staying in a hotel for work sharing with my sister whose been ill today so ive got to order her some food and bring it to the room... dammit i feel so hungry now :(

    oh well i can do... ive come this far its so silly to ruin it now.. ill enjoy my shake and water, nom nom lol xxx

    keep strong chick.

    u managed to get thru day 1 even if u did find it difficult. try to see that as a positive and go from that basis.. as u say 'one day at a time' ..!!

    and you'll be sooo cross with yourself if u cave in now, i know i would be.

    why not make use of that nice hotel room and go for a nice relaxing soak in the bath while ur sis scoffs on her dinner...

    well youll be pleased to know I didnt cave :)

    BUT today has been very very hard and I text my CDC and she advised some cucumber and plain chicken so I had that! feel bad for it... and made the stupid mistake of weighing myself and im so mad and disappointed and feel crap for being 13 stone 4.. i was 13 stone 7 mon morning!! I dunno what i expected... ive snapped out of that mood slightly and i do feel a little hungry but not enough to eat...

    i just hope my chicken and cucumber snack hasnt made it harder for me to get into ketosis... hoping tomorrow is easier!!

    ATM im just thinking how bloody boring this diet is grrrrr xx
