My journey to a new woman! ~including food diary!

Hi Guys... i got weighed yesterday and had gained 1lb....but i have been in bed poorly and had hardly eaten...."survival mode " must have kicked in!!!....
so sterted the simple start properly today

breaky was poached egg on toast
lunch was a ham salad sarnie with 1 laughing cow (treat1)
tea was stir fry 2 satsumas
pkt of ww biscuits (treat2)

supper..small bowl of porridge and a cucumber sarnie
 
OKI....SIMPLE START DAY 4

this morning i had 2 crumpets with marmite and a banana
lunch ..morrocan pork mince (which was stunning) with a ww petit pain with home made smoked garlic butter
Tea I had porridge and prunes and 2 satsumas
lata made doritos from 2 ww wraps done in oven with sea salt and black pepper...cud eat them all bloody day!
extra treats have been teaspoon of butter and a ww bar
have picked on a bowl of plain popcorn through day too ( all freeee)
 
Will you post the recipe for the Moroccan Pork please hun. It sounds delish.

I did SS last week and lost FIVE lbs!! Honestly couldn't believe it cos I had a couple of bad days. Keep thinking imagine if I'd stuck to it 100%!!

simple start

this mo i started with ....2 ww bread...2 poached eggs..grilled toms and mushrooms with balsamic glaze
this afternoon
ww ham sandwich with salad and a fruit pot

tea was spag bol in slow cooker with brown spagg
supper 2 ww pitta breads opened and rubbed with olive oil , sprinkled black pepper sea salt, oven 10 mins ..amazing!!!!
1 banana

moroccan pork mince recipie
500 g pork mince, trim pork
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 onion, chopped
1 carrot, sliced into thin strips
1 green pepper, deseeded and sliced
1 (410 g) can Tomatoes, crushed, keep juice
i added can of chick peas and half tin of pitted prunes
Directions:

Heat a heavy based pan, add the mince, paprika, ginger, cumin and cinnamon. Stir fry 5 - 6 minutes.

Add the onion, carrot, green pepper and tomatoes with juice.

Stir until boiling, lower heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Serve with couscous and a salad.
 
Your food sounds soo good! Well done on your loss so far, hope I will be able to report a similar loss in another 8 weeks :)
 
Mmm chocolate popcorn, such a good idea! I'm supposed to do filling and healthy and use 49 weeklies this week but I'm tempted to stick with simple start as its so handy!
