It's my first day on CD, and on SS
My breakfast for today :
1 cup skimmed milk
Cappuccino shake
Lunch :
2 eggs
2 cucumber
Vegetarian soup
Dinner:
Strawberry shake + plus cheated here on some chicken and onion :p
My goal to lose 33 lbs! As I hope :D

3rd and 4th day was not that good, I didn't stick to it 100% hope I continue without cheating! :(
