Hey there everyone.
Well, this is probably my 3rd or 4th attempt at the Lipotrim diet but I am determined that this time I am going to see it through.
My start weight today was 16 stone 8 lbs and I am hoping to get down to 8 stone 7 lbs or 8 stone at the very least. So basically, I'm wanting to lose half of my weight because I'm only 5ft and have been told thats the ideal weight for me.
Day 1 has been OK, I've been drinking plenty of black tea with tablet sweeteners and I had all 3 of my shakes. I forgot how disgusting the Vanilla ones were but I'm going to take someones advice about putting some coffee in and changing the taste to suit me.
I've got 3 weeks worth of food left over from when I was on the diet before so I'm going to use up all those sachets rather than build up more lol.
I decided to join this website and keep a diary on here to help me through so I can build up the strength to keep myself motivated with this, I think I have a determination I didn't have before and seeing everyone's progress on here has helped me loads already.
I will be weighing myself Tuesday coming and will let everyone know how I get on.
