hi all, thought I would start a food diary on here, with some photos. I really enjoy cooking meals from scratch and love the variety of food that can be had on slimming world. I am currently in my 4th week of slimming world, in 3 weeks I have lost 12.5lb, so only a lb and a half till I get my Stone award, yay!
 
Monday 23rd May 2016.

Breakfast: nothing today as was flat out busy till lunchtime.

Lunch: 3 slices of kingsmill no crust wholemeal bread (hexB)
Filled with smoke salmon, laughing cow extra light triangles (hexa), red onion and coriander.
Chopped Apple (speed)
Salt and vinegar square crisps (5 syns)

Snack: mullerlight cherry yoghurt

Dinner: SW chilli burger from iceland. Wholemeal roll (6 syns), filled with onions fried in frylight and lettuce, a large side salad with pickled onions and SW chips cooked in the actifry with frylight and sprinkled with paprika.



Not sure if I'm keen on the SW iceland burgers, it was quite dry.
