I'm re-starting my healthy eating and exercise tomorrow. I'm heavier than I have ever been right now and it's making me so so miserable!
I'm going to calorie count and home DVD until I feel confident enough to exercise in front of people, this could be a while.
I have about 5-6 stone to loose to get to a weight that is mid bmi, so I'm going to be here a while! What's worse is I'm off to Sydney for two weeks in August. I won't be at goal then, but I hope to loose as much as possible.
If anyone has about the same to loose or just wants some support I know I could do with some!
So my may challenge is to stick to it! For the whole month! With exercise 5 times a week for about an hour! Wish me luck!
