Extra Easy My menus for this week

Well I guess then I 'should' be OK. I tend to have home made tomato soup for most days for lunch (with some fruit) so I guess that it virtually all superfree in one single meal.
 
LOL - what have I started..... LOL ;)

FUNCURLS - the soup was basically everything I had to hand chucked into slowcooker..... this time it was a pack of Bacon, an onion, 2 leeks, good sprinkling of BBQ seasoning, 2 tins baked beans, a sweet potato and I think about a pint of chicken oxo stock - LOL!! Sounds a bit weird but very nice - made enough to be able to freeze a portion for another day - RESULT!!! LOL
