SUNDAY - RED - Quorn Sausages, Potatoes, Veg, Gravy , Yorkshire Puds

MONDAY - GREEN - Jacket Potato & tin Chickpea Dhal

Do you have to come off plan completely Saturday because of your trip?

Couldn't you just plan as best as possible around the trip, taking some packed lunch and SW friendly snacky bits, and be flexible with your syns?
