my mum has been nagging me about CD


time to get focused
she has a fair point, i have been on cd since april and im lucky ifi have lost 1/2 stone. im gona give my self to the end of november to get to 11 - 11 1/2 stone and if i havnt i am going to look at doing ww. im going to add to my signature my losses and gains since april and how much i have wasted so far and hopefully when i look at that everyday it will make me try harder. i had 4 stone to lose and my bf agreed to give me £100 for every stone i lose so that i could put it towards my surgery but i have still been nagging him for the money even tho i havnt lost the weight. TIME TO PULL MY FINGER OUT!!!!1 thats my little rant over xxx

To be brutal you haven't been "on CD" since April.. you've been dipping your toe in the water is all so in honest it's not CD that's not working; it's you derailing yourself. Time to be brave and take the plunge and dive right in! You can do it!
Must agree with GG there, and been there, done that!! we just sometimes think we're gonna miss out on all the food we pass up... i'm just thinking of all the money i've thrown out being 50% since january! You can do this, you just need to block out the "noise" which is distracting you
