My munchings today.

    I've decided to keep a food diary to help me see what I'm eating and what I'm spending my syns on. If you see anything wrong please let me know! I haven't had much fruit today because I've had a migraine and bananas and citrus fruits are known to be triggers.

    Red Day

    HEB - porridge and 2 slices of wholemeal bread
    HEA - 180ml semi skimmed milk and 350ml skimmed milk

    Free Food - bacon, eggs, quorn burgers, chicken, quark, spring onions, muller light, fffl ski, peppers, carrots and celery.

    Syns - small handful of KP salted nuts (counting as 5 syns just to be sure), 2 scan bran (1 syn), tsp raspberry jam (1/2 syn) and one sachet of Options drinking chocolate (2syns)

    Total syns today = 8 1/2
