Right! Claire you need to get a grip! The plan has worked for 4 weeks, this is a blip!

TUES 2/12 - GREEN

Breakfast - 2 x Alpen Light Bar and 1 x clementines

Lunch - Pasta with a side salad

Dinner - Mushroom Omelette with SW chips

Syns - 1 x Advent calendar (1)
5 x Tea = HEA & 2tsp sugar (2)
 
I've also been reflecting and this is my 2nd gain since I started losing weight on the 16th September. That's actually an achievement as I've been on my weight loss journey for 78 days and 46 days has been with SW. This is my first gain with SW and I'm not letting it be my downfall!! X
 
That's it Hun we are going to lose big numbers next week ;) - your menu looks fab.

Dinner - 2 x eggs, SW chips and baked beans and Activia Yogurt

Snacks
2 x Alpen Light Bar [HEB]
Activia Yogurt
Tea [1.5 & HEB]
Hula Hoops (6)
Advent calendar (1)

Total Syns = 8.5/15
Remaining = 6.5
Saved = 6.5

Dinner - Bolognaise over SW chips and mushrooms

Snacks - 1 x Advent calendar (1)
1 x Alpen Light Bar (3.5)
1 x Choc Bourbon (3.5)
Tea (1)

Total Syns = 13.5/15
Remaining = 1.5
Saved = 8
