My path to a healthier and happier me!

dinner tonight = random! had loads of salad and veg that needed eating up.... so a salad, asparagus, green beans, broccoli then thought that was odd so to make it 'less' (more) odd i cooked some rice! and then had a dollop of philly light! LOL random but filled me up!

I'm really excited! I'm happy with any loss, but secretly hoping for 1lb
 
yes first thing, although my first thing is like 8.30!

I dont know, normally we let each other know on a tuesday morning, so i guess i'll know in the morning! lol last week they did but it was a struggle and we havnt mentioned the 'D' word since!

anyway i have mininmins buddies now :)

Tomorrow I'm going to have a hurdle.

We have remembrance service where I work and due to who I work for and the importance of being 100 years it's being recorded with senior management! This all leads to having to do the catering and I'm in charge!

Got to resist the cakes and wine!
 
we are going out for dinner tomorrow, next week is gunna be so bad for us!! Just be focused, and if you do give it then make sure you dont dwell on it
 
I know. The thing is I'm up at 6am, my girls are up at 6.30am and they eat breakfast at the childminder. So I normally eat breakfast at work, but today I walked into the prep for Remembrance service.
