Hi all,

Having lost 26lbs with Cambridge, but getting very bored and acknowledging that I need to do some exercise, I went along to a WW class last week. I may give it a go at some point, but just couldn't get excited about it. My OH has been tracking his food and exercise on LIVESTRONG.COM - Health, Fitness, Lifestyle - with The Daily Plate, so I thought I'd give it a go.... Anyone on here heard of it/tried it/had success with it?

I've just come back from the gym, have logged my food and exercise so far - and am working on a net calorie intake of 60 cals today so far - having put in my current weight and my required weight loss.

Suppose time will tell if it works, but if it's good enough for Lance....lol
