Hiya, was looking through your food diary and saw you like kitkats :), I have recently rediscovered them, I like a biscuit with my cup of tea after dinner so instead of them now, i have a 2 finger Kitkat cause sometimes there is no portion control with the biccies, i'd have 2 eaten while tea is brewing ;).

Ross5 - I just love chocolate biscuits as well and have been known to eat a whole packet at one sitting. I used to just stuff the kitkat into my mouth but now sit here and make them last. Remember the "How do you eat yours" with the Cadbury eggs? Well, now I split it into two fingers. Then I eat the chocolate from the two ends and side. Next I try to eat the top half of the finger and lastly the bottom half - and then start on the second finger! I really enjoy it far more than just stuffing it into my mouth.
