My reasons for loosing weight

Afternoon everyone,

I have taken on board what Futureyummymummy said and have written a list of the reasons why I want to loose weight. I feel so much more positive about carrying on through the next 5 weeks and beyond now.

So here goes, in no particular order:

1. I want to be normal
2. I want to be able to wear nice clothes that I feel comfortable in
3. I want to be able to shop where ever I like
4. I want to not have to worry if my belly is showing/over-hanging
5. I want to look good in a bikini
6. I want to be healthy
7. I want to look good in a wedding
dress
8. I want to be able to fit into aeroplane seats comfortably
9. I want to feel sexy
10. I want to be able to control food and not let it control me.
11. I want to feel confident
12. I want to give myself the best chance of conceiving
13. I want to be able to run around after my kids (when I have them!!)
14. I want to be able to pick something out of my wardrobe and know that it fits
15. I don't want my feet to hurt after a night out
16. I want to be able to wear high heels and my feet not hurt
17. I want to be able to wear all the clothes that I have bought for when i get to goal
18. I don't want to be fat anymore
19. I want to look good for Iain (my OH)
20. I don't want my size to get in the way of things I want to do i.e go down into caves when on holiday

I'm sure they are many more reason's but these are the ones I could think off of the top of my head.

Well done Becky. We share many of the same reasons. I wrote mine down in a notebook before I started the programme. FYM prompted me to go and revisit the list to refocus on the key reasons for doing the diet.
