hi there im rachael , ive had many many many diaries on here , all of which i have failed to loose weight , due to my own fault of not sticking to it and not being in the right frame of mind , but massive changes im making at the moment in my life to make my life better and one of them is loosing the lard , im not 13st 7lbs :eek: , so i have my exercise machine , and my old books untill i can get to a group again , ( i enjoy the meeting just a bugger to get there as oh drives ( i dont yet ) and he works nights, but going to see if i can make a morning one . im trying to follow minimins on my tablet but it wont allow me to post or make new threads , help please :D,, i have 3 young children and 2 step children and i want us all to eat healthy for good . im looking forward to loosing weight :) and getting back to my size 10's , just a little about me , hello all xxxx

Your post sounds very similar to where I am right now.... I have started this sooooo many times but never stuck to it. Now the weight is going on, jeans getting tight and I need to do this! I too struggle to get to a group due to work/ famil commitments so have decided I need to go it alone using my old books too!! This time will be different!!

Brekkie : yogurt ,porridge ( heb)

Snack : peach

Lunch: chicken ,(lettuce.tomatoes.cucumber) beetroot

Snack : apple

Dinner: pork chops (fat removed), 200g new potatoes, broccoli, collie,Brussels, cabbage, carrots. Gravy

Drinks : coffees (hea)(+ sweetners). Diet fizzy.

May have a freddo later

Just had a freddo 5 syns . And quavers at 88 cals so thinking 4.5 syns .:rolleyes: and having a hot choc 2syns so will be over. 0.5 syns today . Its star wk :mad: so craving junk . Will lower my syns tomorrow

Hi Rachel! Welcome back to SW! I only joined myself a few weeks ago but I love the plan so I hope you fall back in love with it too :) Sometimes it's hard when you want something really synful but how we feel when we step on the scales will def feel way better! And we always have flexi syns when we really need them ;) Tasha xxx

Dinner 7ish
Boiling bacon .sw chips (heb). 2 dry frayed eggs and a pickled egg . (Realised when sat down I had 3 eggs on my plate ,which is about 300 cals :eek:. So only had half pickled egg and 1 and half dry fried egg ) I know in sw its not calories but 300 cals on eggs :eek: .

Enjoying the red days :) .had a sneeky look on scales and its looking good for Monday morning my first weigh in. Still not found a group to fit in with my life yet as in time and day . I enjoy group .its a chance to make friends and get out of the house

Not figured how to edit my posts yet on my tablet but edit to yesterday my sw chips were 200 grams potato heb . Question can I use new potatoes for saw chips and have 230g ?

Lost 6lbs at weigh in this morning!:) thought it would be slightly more as weighed in on sat morning and I was 6lb Down then . But hay ho 6lbs in very happy now 13st 1lb :)
