Had a rubbish day and felt like rubbish just wanted rubbish today . Prob didn't help sneak peek at scales:mad: says I've lost a pound .which I'm not expecting more loss on Monday just really disappointed . So went a bit mad at dinner time

My own fault. Just at the moment when I feel rubbish I seem to eat rubbish . Need to get my head in the game . Also thinking of cutting out fizzy as it makes the body
stores water . Feeling very bloated and :mad: :(

OK total bugger of a weekend . Was very naughty. Need to be firmer on my self when it comes to not eatting junk. Starting again tomoro, dredding what the scales will say in the morning . But at he moment I bloated :mad: my own fault I know .but tomorrow is another day would like to be night and slim by Xmas :)

Just found out if I loose 2lb a WK from now to Xmas I could loose 4st 4lbs !!!

Right I'm 13st 4lbs ! 4lb gain :( hopefully just bloat. Back on plan today red days all week to try and shift this gain
