    Hi all thought I would post my diary to help keep me on the straight and narrow have rejoined Slimming world and really motivated to shift 4 stone, have joined curves gym and go there 4 times a week and also do a boxercise class a week aswell as a spinning class a week. I'm already noticing that my body is changing shape and I'm not so sweaty and breathless doing these sessions. :)

    yesterday:

    green day.

    Breakfast: salted caramel hi if bar (hex b)
    snack: strawberries

    lunch: cottage cheese with pineapple sandwich (wholemeal bread hex b)
    mullerlight
    packet of walkers baked salt and vinegar crisps (5 syns)

    snack pack of rainbow drops (4 syns)

    dinner: pasta with passata and both my hex a as added cheese

    snack another pack of rainbow drops

    mullerlight

    total syns: 13

    breakfast: hifi bar
    snack walkers crisps

    lunch: cottage cheese sandwich, mullerlight, apple

    snacks : rainbow drops 4 syns
    walkers baked crisps 5 syns
    ww chocolate cake bar 4 syns

    dinner, chicken kebab with no pitta, with chilli sauce 2 syns
