So after hopping on the the scales on Monday I've had the devastating news that I've put on over 1 stone in a year ? It has been a very busy year for me - relocation from the south to the north and starting a job where I work a 24hr rotating shift pattern, meaning I work nights now. This, along with comfort eating, has meant my weight has gone up. I feel disgusting and all my clothes are so tight!
Last year, I got 1lb from goal and that's when the craziness of preparing to relocate started. So now I've decided to start again with PP. I know it's a bit brave of me to start right before Christmas but if I don't start getting in control now, it'll be worse in the new year!
I've got my Christmas do this weekend and then 2 other days/nights where I just know ww will go out the window (alcohol!!!) and of course, Christmas Day! However I plan to stick to it as much as I can in the hope I can limit the damage caused. I'm only off work on Christmas Day then in for 6 days after that, so at least I know I'm not going to have days on end of over eating like usual!
I've not had time to plan out my meals yet so I'll post what I plan to have and update it if there are any changes. I tend to be a creature of habit though! Oh and I'm following this by myself... I used to be a member and had lost 2 1/2 stone with WW, so I know what I'm doing (most of the time!) also, I tend to have 29pp but if I manage 26pp and don't fancy anything else, then I'll just stick with that.
So Mondays WI - 10st 9.2lbs
Today Tuesday 10th December
B - large fruit salad (pineapple, banana & pear) with 2 WW Vanilla Yoghurt x2pp
L - 200g sweet potato made into wedges 6pp 200g baked beans 4pp, egg 2pp
D - prawn stir fry - 3pp for kind prawns, Sharwoods Black Bean Sauce 1pp, Sharwoods Fine Egg Noodles 6pp with lots of veg (baby sweet corn, mangetout, mushrooms & peppers)
Snacks - Apple and nectarine, WW carrot cake 2pp
Total weeklies used 0/49
