my second stab at this, one week done 100%

So Im back after a about a months break and putting on 1 stone I had found it really hard after doing my aamw and then I went away to france only to come back to my husbands 40th so just needed a break.
Anyway I have been back on TS 100% for a week and it feels like it did at the start so I wont be doing my aamw again, Im just gong to keep my head down and shift these pounds lol.
so after a week I have lost 11.5 lbs I feel back in the zone and by the end of next week I shoud have lost the weight I put on plus a bit more. Im pleased to be back with you all.xxx
