i'm just used to it now. just use a hand whisk, water in the jug, start whisk, add shake to water. this is how it goes... yum. used to do it the wrong way round shake, add water but it used to go lumpy. found this perfect solution and it works everytime.

See I add my shake to my water and I am using a hand whisk not an electric hand whisk and its lumpy, I rub my hands together to try and get some speed but it doesn't work
