hiiii all

i am starting slim and save tomarrow :D im realy excited about eating vegetables lol

so my start weight was 12stone 7 pounds, i started exante 4weeks ago and have lost 1 stone. i am 2 stone 7 pounds away from my final target but have set myself a half way target, to have lost 24/25 pounds by week 10, 10/11pounds to go to reach that target with 6 weeks to go till week 10 i think i should be able to acieve it....

i found the first 3 days of exante hard, the soups i hated but the shakes and bars were fine. however i decided to start slim and save as i am going to start uni tomarrow and i dont think i will be able to survive on 3 packs a day, with exante i have my shake at 2ish then a bar about 7 and my last shake/soup bou 10, with getting up at 7 for uni i dont think i will last till 2pm for my first "meal" so i though slim and save will be more realisitic as i can have a shake before uni and take a bar with me...

You've only got a little to loose you will be there in no time

After exante the plan will be so easy Xx
 
my goal is to lose it by xmas so finngers crossd xx
 
You'll be there well before Xmas hun 8-10 weeks :)

so ive decided to set myself lotsa mini targets so i dont have a long way to go before i can tick something off the list hehe think this will keep more motivated as the targets arent to far apart...

so im on day 3 of slim and save, the bars and shakes are so yummy! and the meals with veg are great, feel like im having a proper meal, doesnt feel like a diet at all :D

so i didnt like the banana milkshake yesterday or the porridge or chicken soup 2day, wont be ordering them again. but there is so much to choose from it doesnt really make a difference :)
 
Plenty more packs, have what you like now. I find my tastes changed every month on plan, I like different packs now to four months ago!

had the macaroni pack yesterday with broccoli and spinach, yumm!!
 
just drinking my cafe latte shake before i start uni, so yummmy, almost as good as the costa coffe 1s hehe, was just wondering if u can warm these up though? im sure i wont want cold coffee in the winter...

week sample finished on tuesday, now ive got my months supply :)

1st week weight loss through slim and save is 2.5lbs... would of liked to have lost more but a loss is a loss... ive got a wedding this weekend, a two day thing so i dont think i will be able to stick on plan.... 2day isnt to bad, the party starts at 6 so i can have a shake and meal before the party and try to stick to eating salad and chicken at the party. tomarrow is going to be hard as it is an all day thing, aprx 8-10ish.... im thinking shake before i leave and then just try to stick to eating chicken again.... not sure if this is going to work, and not expecting much of a loss on weigh day on tuesday if i have a loss at all.... but its a one off, and back to slim and save on monday :)
