Breakfast-meal bar.
Lunch-Banana shake
Dinner-Chicken thigh, A few new potatoes, Green veg=600 Kcal

Snacks Fruit=300 Kcal

Drinks= Green Tea and lemon infusions
sparkling table water with lime.
