Extra Easy Losing the baby weight

I originally lost 2 stone doing Slimming World in 2012 going from 11st 12lbs to 9st 12lbs in time for my wedding in 2014. Maintained at 10st 3lbs for a few years but I have recently had a baby and gone back up to 11st 10lbs. I've joined a group and I'm ready to get back to Slimming World and reach my interim target of 10st 6lbs by my birthday in May.

I'm breastfeeding and my baby is 10 weeks old so I have a whopping 6 hexs to use! No idea how I'm going to use them all and today has already been a bit of a fail in that respect. Just need to realign my thinking and use them in my snacks I think!

Food Diary...

Breakfast - 2 weetabix (1 HEXb) w/ 150ml skimmed milk (1 HEXa), banana

Lunch - pasta w/ 50g philadelphia light (2 HEXa), spinach, broccoli, ham, chicken, garlic, chilli flakes

Dinner - pork loin w/ tesco root vegetable mash (2 syns), broccoli, carrots, green beans w/ sauce made from 30g philadelphia light (2 HEXa), beef oxo cube, mushrooms and red onion

Snacks - lindt ball (4 syns), chocolate rice krispie cake (2.5 syns)

Drinks - 2 tea and 1 coffee w/ skimmed milk (1 HEXa), 2 chamomile tea, 2 sparkling water

Total syns = 8.5
HEXA = 2/4
HEXB = 1/2

Lunch - wholemeal roll (2 HEXb), ham, 20g rf cheddar (1 HEXa), mustard (0.5 syns), el mayo (0.5 syns), carrots, beetroot, snack a jacks (4.5 syns)

Dinner - chicken spinach Balti, lentil dhal (1 syn), pilau rice, aubergine pickle (3 syns)

Pudding - 2 mini meringues (2 syns), strawberries, blueberries, 0% greek yoghurt

Snacks - 2 ryvita (3 HEXb) w/ cottage cheese w/ sweet chilli sauce (0.5 syns)

Drinks - 4 tea and 1 coffee w/ 100ml skimmed milk (2 HEXa), sparkling water

Total syns = 12
HEXA = 2/4

Lunch - pasta w/ 50g philadelphia light (2 HEXa), spinach, broccoli, mushrooms, red onion, turkey, ham, garlic, chilli flakes, 10g parmesan (2HEXa)

Snack - curly kale crisps, cappucino made w/ 290ml skimmed milk (3 HEXa), rice krispie cake (2 syns)

Dinner - waitrose venison burger (2 syns) w/ 60g wholemeal roll (2HEXb), 20g rf cheddar (4 HEXa), SW chips, salad leaves, cucumber, tomato, red onion, gherkins, corn on the cob, 1 tsp el mayo (0.5 syns), 1 tsp onion chutney (1.5 syns), 1 tbsp ketchup (1 syn)

Snack - 2 mikado (1 syn)

Drinks - 3 tea w/ 75ml skimmed milk (1 HEXa), water, chamomile tea

Dinner - Fakeaway of chinese chicken curry made w/ mayflower curry sauce (4 syns), onion, mushrooms, peas served w/ egg fried rice and salt & pepper SW chips (red peppers, onions, spring onion, chilli)

Pudding - orange mullerlight topped w/ 99 flake (2 syns)

Drinks - 2 tea w/ 50ml skimmed milk (1 HEXa), 2 chamomile tea, 3pts water

Snack - options salted caramel (2 syns) made w/ 250ml ss milk (3 HEXa), 12g squirty cream (1.5 syns), 5g mini marshmallows (1 syn)

Snack - 1 ryvita (2 HEXb) w/ marmite, babybel light (1 HEXa)

Dinner - gammon, SW chips, frylight fried egg, peas, pickled onions, 1 tbsp ketchup (1 syn)
