Another day going well on EE...

Been another busy day at the Abigail'sMummy HQ.

Its consisted of studying, studying, studying. Yawn, it wouldnt be so bad if I was actually getting a lot done but I procrastinate terribly...

Breakfast - 2 wholemeal slices of bread, beans and cheese so HEA and HEB sorted.

Lunch - Mullerlite yoghurt & apple

Dinner - Remains to be seen. Not felt hungry today which is good but odd, as I have hardly eaten anything. Will definitely have a cadburys biscuit or 2 out of the tin tonight. Was absolute torture watching my partner have it last night. But I had used all my syns up on custard creams! lol

Tomorrow, I will be going to Jamie Oliver's restaurant for NYE with my fiance and little girl. We are slightly addicted to the place but luckily Jamie does regular sized dishes and small sized dishes so I will have a small one. Everytime I go there, I find myself wishing I had a smaller plate because his starters are so nom nom! lol.

Ive had a few sneaky weigh in's and the scale hasnt moved :mad: So remind me not to do it again until next Wed please!!! As weighing, is a real mood changer!

Ok yesterday evening for dinner I had lamb, mash and lots and lots of veg. I then had 2 cadbury's biscuits in the evening. They were 150 cals for two, so I know its not a huge deal but cant find the syns for them anyway. Either way, I think I am within the 10 syns a day limit. Looking forward to my Jamie's meal later but will stay on plan in the day.
 
Very jealous of yummy meal to come :)

Hope you have a wonderful new years eve and an amazing 2012! Looking forward to our weight loss to come.

Just a quick post, before I head out.

Breakfast - 2 boiled eggs and one thick wholemeal slice of bread

Lunch - Ham & Cheese Pasta

Snacks - 1 custard cream, and a banana. Diet Lemonade

Dinner (Not sure yet, but will be full of syns) Im also going to be having champagne, so all bets are off as of now as my fiance bought home some lovely cupcakes as well. I will indugle for this night only! lol.

Happy New Year everyone, here is to a skinny 2012 for all of us xxx

A great start to the New Years Day.

- 2lbs weight loss!!!! I dont know how that worked out, because last night I really did go for it a bit in the end...:-/ Although, I had been good all week and done the Wii Zumba a few times. Not weighing until next Saturday now.

New Years Resolutions

- Lose 70lbs of weight at least..(This works out to be about 5.5lbs a month! So easily achievable on slimming world).
- Get into medical school
- Start socialising a lot more!
- Exercise frequently, instead of rarely..

Today, I have been studying again...

Breakfast - Eggy bread using wholemeal bread with bacon. (HEB)

Lunch - Fruit bowl of strawberries & grapes

Dinner - Roast lamb, roast potatos and lots and lots of veg and gravy (1 syn)

Snacks: 3 custard creams and 2 chocs out of celebration tin.

Total syns: 11
 
Tracking for Today

Breakfast - 2 boiled eggs and a slice of wholemeal toast (1 syn - butter)

Lunch - Fruit Bowl of strawberries and grapes.

Dinner -2 Cheese burgers (homemade & syn free) no roll, with syn free chips & sweetcorn.

Snacks: 2 cadburys tin biscuits & 1 mullerlite yoghurt.


No exercise today I have a gripey tummy. Ladies you know what that means..:) x

Hey! I'm officially back! Hope you had a great Christmas and new year, I'm officially on plan again and couldn't have come sooner - I feel so crappy with the weight I've put on over Christmas! Thank goodness I know this diet works for me! I want it all off ASAP!

You never said what u actually ate on NYE when u were out!' I wanna b truely jealous lol.

What is zumba on the wii like? I nearly got it, then hubby confessed it was broken and we never got it fixed! :-/
I attended a few zumba classes last year (feels strange saying that) and loved it; I'm just always busy on different days so need something I can pick up and do when I'm not busy...right that's it, the kick boxing DVD is back out for the month on jan!! (and I'm blaming u when I'm tired and aching lol)

Hope u've had a good day! I'm gonna get ingredients for the burgers - had forgotten about them and they are delish!!! Xx

Hun I know how you feel about feeling crappy when you have had time off plan. You literally feel different in yourself but you know you can do it! You are so positive and have a great attitude. Whats 8lbs in the grand scheme of things? You know you can sort that out in no time. We WILL do it this year. We just take one day at a time and plan plan plan! xxxxx

Ohhh what I ate at Jamie's..I had this chicken in white wine with roasted veg. My plate looked very posh. All positioned nicely, but there was hardly anything on the plate! lol It was very nice though, it was a special! I also had a salami and bruschetta starter and I just nibbled off my fiance's red wine and chocolate cake. Oh my was it lush. That was it, but I didnt feel stuffed after and I didnt gain any weight. I really do feel like I eat like a rabbit compared to how I used to it. Fruit bowls for lunch etc lol

The zumba is really really ACE hun. I love it because I cant commit to a gym or classes with my intense studying schedule. And sometimes I cant be bothered with the whole packing a bag, getting there, signing in, getting locker etc...I used to work at Virgin Active when that picture was taken and I was a gym rat but then I worked there .so it wasnt like I had to make an effort to go somewhere :rolleyes: Slimming World burgers are yummy and very filling. Today has been a good day. Just searching for how many syns in two cadburys tin biscuits now as I cant find it anywhere..not even on the site.
 
Oh I just worked it out, 20 cals = 1 syn apparently. Correct me if I am wrong. 2 choccie biscuits = 150 cals. So about 7.5 syns then. Wow these cadburys tin biscuits are really filling, so I feel really naughty having two.
 
Today is a GOOD day, I feel happy :D

Firstly, this morning I woke up bright and early ready for college. I put on a top I hadnt worn for 3 weeks and it was....LOOSE. Very loose! I then had a look at myself in the mirror at college and for the first time I am starting to see a change. My face looks slimmer, and I may even see a hint of a collar bone!!;) I am starting to feel that for the first time since gaining all this weight I am really going to do this!! Its more of a way of life for me, so I am not even seeing it as a diet. I went into Sainsburys after college and did a bit of shopping. As, I was loading it all on the till, I looked at my shopping, and boy is there a difference???? Quorn sausages, salad, fat free yoghurt, oat cakes, lots of veg etc. For once, I actually feel good about what I am eating rather than feeling embarrassed that I am eating KFC for the 3rd time that week! :rolleyes: I dont even want to eat that sort of food anymore. I went to an American Diner place before Christmas and eating greasy food made my stomach hurt, especially after a couple of weeks eating healthy. It totally messed my tummy up! Anyway, just a happy happy post from me as I am so glad I have found this forum, this new way of eating and hopefully some new friends for the future.

Food for today..

And loose clothes are a bonus now...not a bonus when u have nothing to wear cos everything is too big ha ha :) better than them being tight xx

Everyone should go to Jamie's, and experience what perfect table service is like..:eek:

Total syns for today is 10ish. My glass of wine, which is 6 syns according to my book and 20grams worth of frazzles. I weighed it out and everything. My partner was laughing, he said. "Wow, you really have turned a corner"..;)
 
Just finished cooking my lunch for tomorrow. First time Ive ever cooked my lunch at 11pm lol. I have spicy lemon chicken with rice, sweetcorn and salad. I also have a fruit pack of bananas, strawberries and grapes. I also have a mullerlite yoghurt. Im at college 12 hours tomorrow, I dont want to get hungry!! :D
