I rejoined slimming world on 17 th march 11 and was shocked to see how much weight I had actually put back on since my operation 2 years ago :cry: , but I ow I will never go back to that weight again.
I am following the green days mainly as I prefer salads and pasta to meat,I really can't get my head around the extra easy but I am sure that will come in time.
My first weigh I lost 6lb and was over the moon about it and still am,

2nd weigh in. 3.5lbs off and again I am so happy as I also got my half a stone award.

3rd weigh in. 3.5lbs off and was hoping for 1lb so I could of received my stone award but this as made me more determined to do good this week.
 
Today's food diary.

Breakfast. Fresh fruit and muller yogurt.

Dinner. Syn free quorn curry and rice.

Tea. Potato and onions with crispy bacon. Yum yum
