My third week

    I don't know if I started my own thread but if I did I can't find it! lol

    Today is the start of my fourth week on the CD. I was weighed yesterday and had lost a total of just 10lbs and 8 inches.

    That doesn't sound too bad but I would like to have lost more. I am doing the three packets a day and one small meal as advised by my CDC. Does it make any difference if some days I have the small meal and others leave it?

    10lbs over three weeks should mean I hopefully keep it all off and not regain like other diets I have tried in the past. However I would like to have lost 2 stone by middle of June so I can get into an outfit I bought last year to "slim into".

    Oh and my target is 5 stone to lose. Many thanks.

    Hiya!

    It depends what plan you are following? I had the same amount of weight to loose as you - and am half way through now on SS. If you are doing SS - that is all you should be doing... and its true... the more water you drink the quicker you shrink.

    well done ive been doing it 3 weeks and ive lost 13 pounds 2 1/2 inc of me bust 2 1/2 of my tummy and 3 of my legs, so your doing well ive got another 2 half stine to lose as im going on holiday soon so i want to feel comfortable in a bikini, when you do exsercise on the soul sorce will it make you ill as ive bin told by someone i work with whos i fitness instructor and he told me it wouldnt be good for me with the little calories that im on. is that true?

    ive been to the gym a couple of times since starting cd, i just took it easy at first, i dont do running anway as ive got dodgy knees, just mainly weights, take it easy you'll be fine, my cdc did tell me that if ive not been exercising then she doesnt reccomend going for 1st 2 weeks.:)

    ill stop rambling now lol
