My top 5 reasons for losing weight

1) To develop my confidence
2) To feel happier within myself
3) To fit into my clothes
4) To not feel ashamed
5) To work on my relationship with good once and for all
 
Id like to documant my goals and aims here too this is a great thread

1.. to feel happy in my skin and not feel unsexy/unloved because im a big fat flabber
2.. to goto theshops and buy clothes for me because i can (not because there are none there that fit)
3.. to have my family holiday in spain this year and feel good about lying by the pool
4.. to run about with my kids and not be out of breath.
5.. and like the other person said to be able to shave the bikini line from view rather than memory ..lol

Love this post - really inspirational to read through

1) to be healthy and fit - to make sure I'm around to see grand kids - I'm mid 40's and in great health but that's a time bomb ticking!
2) to get more active and divorce my bum from the sofa - get some energy and put some effort in
3) share make up , clothes and nights out with my teenage girls ( if I can't go with them I'll just stalk them as a hanger- on!)
4) buy funky trendy bright clothes from anywhere I want!
5) stop having to be the loud clown of the party to compensate for my low self esteem about my size
