    Hey everyone.

    For almost 3 years now, I have kept a record of my weight, quite constantly. I thought some of you would find it interesting to read :)

    I use a set of calibrated digital scales, so I hope it's accurate stuff...!

    As you can see, since starting LT my weight has PLUMMETED, after all the working out and healthy eating, it seems to be the only thing which has worked haha.

    Tuesday 12th September (2006) - 93.6kg
    Wednesday 11th October - 94.4kg - Started Diet Plan, Intensified training regime.
    Friday 13th October - 93.9kg
    Saturday 14th October - 93.9kg
    Thursday 26th October - 94.0kg
    Thursday 2nd November - Refined Diet Plan, altered training regime. (No progress being made)
    Monday 6th November - 95.7kg
    <Month gap>
    Saturday 6th January (2007) - 92.6kg
    <Immense gap in training & diet/no longer working out at the gym>
    Monday 7th May - 99.7kg
    Monday 14th May - 101.1kg - Mild healthy eating/diet
    Monday 11th June - 99.1kg - Back from Download Festival

    Sunday 24th June - 98.6kg
    Monday 2nd July - 98.4kg - Joined gym yesterday/began supplement doses

    Looks as though this is the diet for you Aaron. Keep up the good work and those figures will drop drastically over the next few weeks. Great to find a diet that actually works isn't it? Can't believe I wasted years thinking I could do it myself or wasting time on other ideas.
